The best location for hotels in Makkah. A direct access to Haram from your room as the hotel has its own elevators. Plenty of eateries and shops including a pharmacy within the same building which makes it very convenient. Staffs are friendly too. We stayed in Partially Kaabah View room on 25th floor. It was a bit dissapointing as we could only see the roof of the Kaabah. But it's understandable due to the height of the hotel, which is not very tall compared with hotels in the Clock tower. Room a bit small and a bit dated (I believe no difference between superior or deluxe) but bathroom is spacious with good toiletries. Nevertheless, we are repeated customers of this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for convenience and efficiency stay in Makkah.

The only we choose this place is the location to the Grand Mosque!! Other than that, nothing great about it! I’m sure the management would not care wat is our opinion because people will still come due to location & nothing else.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from the Haram. The staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel is adjacent to a mall with a variety of good shops and food courts, making it very convenient for guests. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality food. The rooms reasonably sized and clean.

Everything was perfect since i saw Muhannad AlSharif and his great smile even in the hard time he was smiling and i want to thank him for his professional attitude with the guest there were many people in the line and every guest want a special treat and he was so happy to help them and solve everything he is a professional person in the hospitality I will come again inshallah and I hope to see him in good place, And also I want to thank his supervisor Nawar he was with him and they was a good team to handle everything ❤️🔥

location and building design is fantastic. Not too crowded as the makkah clock tower. the travellator is great to bypass the mall crowd. Breakfast could be much better and it does looks sad to be honest. Understood that the room is a bit dated although loves the louvers. Dont mind the loose furniture at all, mattres is very comfy but wondering about the carpet cleanliness. Bathroom is fine but the shower drain is the biggest problem. the water does not drain properly. Water build up and it gets very uncomfortable.

very near to the Gate 79 for Umra. the stuff are very friendly ( as usual ) . Not to mention the food was as expected very delicious , with great variety and stuff member in restaurant was helpfull and funny and so kind . I GOT A SECOND UPGRADE FOR MY BOOKING .FIRST TIME I VISITED IT AROUND 4 YEARS AGO I GOT UPGRADED TOO .... I AM SOOOOO HAPPY ABOUT IT AND REALLY THANKFULL . i wish i can stay there again during my next visit in shaa Allah

Location to the masjid was very convenient. It was a little difficult for to find the road to the hotel to the lobby. When I checked in the front desk person, Rafah was very professional, quick and extremely knowledgeable. She helped me resolve an issue with my parent's room. The cleaning crew on our floor was always helpful and extremely polite. Anytime they were on the floor they would respond to our inquiries quickly and professionally.
